We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm our services or other users.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to TastyReply. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.
Reviews and related data from third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' terms of service. We access this data with your explicit authorization and in compliance with platform APIs.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models. We do not use personally identifiable information for AI training without explicit consent.
TastyReply and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, algorithms, trademarks, and copyrights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your subscription period, subject to these Terms.
You may not use TastyReply trademarks without our written permission. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
TastyReply integrates with third-party services like Google My Business and Facebook. Your use of these integrations is subject to:
We are not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or changes to their terms.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Support levels vary by subscription plan. We provide reasonable technical support during business hours, with enhanced support available for premium plans.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes affecting core functionality will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
AI-generated responses are automated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold TastyReply harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or with 30 days' notice for convenience.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against TastyReply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
