Do you charge per user / per seat?

No. Add as many teammates as you want at no extra cost. Pricing is per location only.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as CSV at any time. After cancellation we hold your data for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently delete it.

Do you offer annual billing?
